Shipping Policy
We currently ship to addresses within the continental United States only.
Order Processing
While we typically fulfill and ship orders the same business day, please allow up to 2 business days from the date of your purchase for processing. If your order is expected to take longer, we’ll do our best to notify you.
Shipping Methods & Rates
We use Shopify Shipping, which offers a variety of carrier options. Shipping rates are dynamically calculated at checkout based on your chosen method, destination, and weight. If you're eligible for any free shipping promotions, these will be automatically applied at checkout.
Tracking
Some shipping options may include tracking, depending on the carrier and service level selected at checkout. You’ll receive a shipping notification when your order leaves our facility.
PO Boxes
We do not currently ship to PO Boxes. In the future this policy may change.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once an order has shipped, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier. While we are not liable for delays, loss, or theft in transit, we care deeply about your experience. If something doesn’t seem right, please contact us—we’ll do our best to assist you, and in some cases, may offer a replacement or store credit.
Local Pickup - By Approval Only
We do not offer traditional in-store pickup at this time. However, local pickup may be arranged on a case-by-case basis for customers in or near Union City, TN.
