We understand that things don’t always go as planned. Here's how we handle returns at Boston Harbor Tea Works:
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most non-consumable items. To be eligible:
- unused, unaltered and in original packaging.
- by the original purchaser so we can verify the order in our system.
- requested and approved through our returns page.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Returns may be subject to a restocking fee, based solely on the condition of the item upon return.
Final Sale Items – No Returns
Due to the nature of certain products, all tea and consumable goods are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. This includes all teas without exception. If you received the wrong item or your tea arrived damaged, please reach out—we’ll make it right.
How to Start a Return
To request a return navigate to https://bostonharborteaworks.com/pages/returns and complete the return & exchange form.
If your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to send your item back.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If it’s been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t seen your refund, please contact us.
