While not every product we sell qualifies for every seal below, every product supports at least one of these values—and most support several.

Grown on Family Farms

We work with family farms in over 30 countries, supporting agricultural traditions and sustainable land stewardship around the world.

Made in Solar-Powered Facilities

One of our key manufacturing partners runs on 2,600+ solar panels, reducing the carbon footprint of the products you enjoy.

Plant-Based / No Plastic

We aim for compostable, low-waste materials throughout our production process—right up to the final product packaging. For the safety and freshness of your purchase, most items are sealed in kraft paper / PET film pouches. This ensures both visibility and protection. While PET is not biodegradable, the kraft backing is, and we continue to explore better alternatives that protect both your tea and the planet.

Carbon Sequester Forest

We’re proud to source from suppliers who have helped plant over 15,000 native species trees, actively offsetting emissions and improving biodiversity.

Wetland Preservation

At least 160 acres of wetlands have been preserved or restored through initiatives tied to our sourcing partners—vital ecosystems for countless species.
